I am using Spigot, 1.15.2, and whenever I stop a server and start it, Regardless of how I do (Player inactivity or me doing it on the site), every plugin gets removed.
I've tried installing them WHILE the server is up and WHILE the server is down. Same deal. No clue why this is happening.
