Overrides vanilla commands, so they can work without limits!
/enchant now works with any item, and any enchantment level
/enchant <IGN> clear -- clears all enchantments from held item
/enchant <IGN> add <ench> [level] -- adds an enchantment to held item
/enchant <IGN> set <ench> [level] -- adds an enchantment to held item, then removes all other ones
/publish command now requires gamemode and optionally an argument to allow or deny cheats.
/clone & fill commands now works without limits
