i don´t know why is crashing, when i click on start the server starts, but never shows as open and then appears this image.

I'm sure nobody closed the server, in fact aternos never showed the server as open

I tried to join the server and after a few minutes, it closed (while I was inside the server)

there´s a way to fix it? because i only have some plugins (worldedit, worldguard, vault, Singleplayersleep2, luckperms and essentials) not mods or something like that.
PD: i installed the vanilla server and still crashing before start

When i try to start my server it crash, i am using spigot 1.15.2 and some plugins (worldedit, worldguard, vault, Singleplayersleep2, luckperms and essentials). i was trying to do a survival server for me and my friends.
