Can you please add the mod "Player Tracking Compass"?

This is a mod where it adds a special compass which can be used to track the nearest player to you. If a player is 10 blocks from you it will track the next nearest player. This mod would be very useful for my pvp server since I will be able to make a new gamemode!

Sorry for weird title, but I wanted to add 2 mods into a modpack but then that would mean I would have to search for and download the correct version of every mod in the modpack for forge. Is there anyway to get all the mods from the modpack automatically so that I will only need to search for and download the 2 mods I wanted to add? Thank you!
