Pls help the server keeps kicking me and my friend it either "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" after logging a few secs or the one in the picture we tried to use the ip address of the one in the picture but it kicks us us sometimes timeout

btw i found out that the map i installed is for 1.7 so its causing error for the mods
