I am playing spigot survival [1.15.2} with my friends and past 3 days server automaticly closes itself. Can someone please help me?

I was playing with a group of friend [5 hours or so] and suddenly server kicked us and when we restart the server we realize that all of our work have been disappear, I checked the backups and unfortunately last backup wasn't the backup we are looking for. Is there any possible way to recover our work? or Its all gone
