no, its a folder, i ran my server after installing but turned it off after seeing it doesnt work, does the server have to be on for me to edit it?

Ok so I installed discordsrv and i need to get to the config file, however when I go to https://aternos.org/files/ i cant click on any of the folders... PLEASE HELP
