no the counter displays that i have 3-4 minutes to get in but in just shuts down without having the counter go all the way down

So this is happening when i try and play on the server i wait one hour and the timer until stop is on 4 min i get on minecraft and it says that server is offline i go to check and the server stopped so i had to wait another hour just to play pls help
