player related data inventories and such

Well roman when i download it and put it into my single player my progress didnt transfer over its the same world but everything i have done isnt transfered its as if im downloading the version i put in originally

So i have been trying to download my world and i keep running into a problem where when i go to download the world its not up to date and its an old save does anyone know how to fix this, i tried /save-all but that didnt do anything
