A quick google search got me this:
Code1.11-1.12.2: /give @p minecraft:diamond_sword 1 0 {ench:[{id:16,lvl:32767},{id:19,lvl:10},{id:20,lvl:32767},{id:21,lvl:10},{id:22,lvl:3},{id:34,lvl:32767},{id:70,lvl:1},{id:71,lvl:1}]} 1.13+: /give @p diamond_sword{Enchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:32767},{id:knockback,lvl:10},{id:fire_aspect,lvl:32767},{id:looting,lvl:10},{id:sweeping,lvl:3},{id:unbreaking,lvl:32767},{id:mending,lvl:1},{id:vanishing_curse,lvl:1}]}
I tried it myself in 1.15.1 and it got me a supersword.

Try this:
- Create server and join it so the overworld gets generated
- Close server
- Download world
- Copy the files over to the downloaded world
- Upload the world
- see if it works
You might have tried that already, but I can't tell from your post...

This is more than likely due to lots more people staying at home due to the Corona outbreak. More people at home equals more people playing minecraft at the same time. We're all using a free service here, please remember that! Resources for a service like this are limited.
Aternos is doing their best to keep everyone playing. They have an AFK-kick system and have shortened the amount of time that a server stays online after the last person left.

It was no problem!

Next time this happens, try looking at your server console on the Aternos Web Interface. You might spot some people using commands.

OP (OPerator) does not equal Administrator if you've got Bukkit/spigot.
OP is a Minecraft thing that allows you to do everything.
Administrator is something you set up yourself with plugins.
When you say that you cannot open the chat... you mean hat literally? Have you checked if you have hidden your chat in multiplayer settings?

Hmmm, to have lost cities generate as your overworld is the goal here right?
You'd have to set the worldtype to "lostcities" in the server properties file before generating the world. But I don't think you can actually access that on Aternos can you MiataBoy ?
You could just try and go to the lost cities dimension and start playing in there as if it was the overworld. if you're using 1.12.

I'd like to help but your post is quite incoherent. I'm guessing English isn't your first language?
If you're going to use any permissions plugin, you'll have a lot of reading and typing to do. (it's been ages since I ran a bukkit server but I do remember permission plugins giving me headaches). As for a "player selector", what do you mean exactly? Any new person that joins will have an empty inventory by default. And I don't think you'll want to delete the inventories of returning players do you?
One useful plugin that does a lot of things you might want is "Essentials".
It has:
- Permissions
- Kits (including first join kits)
- Teleporting
- Economy support
- Much more
But I can't stress enough, you'll need to read the documentation in order to make the most out of this.

You'll have to change the IP you saved on your minecraft client to the new IP you set is my guess.

I just don't understand why some people don't see that they are trying to use a free service out of it's intended field.
Aternos is for small, private servers. Friends wanna join? Let them make an Aternos account and add them to the friend access. Very beautiful system for a free service.
Want A BIG server where lots of strangers can play together? Fork up the cash and get some paid hosting.

Which of the following do you mean?
- Villagers don't spawn naturally in the world.
- Villagers refuse to breed.
If it is #1 make sure you have NPC's enabled in your options.
If it is #2 make sure they are fed and that there are more beds then villagers.

A fresh download can't contain anything else than the updated world... are you sure you're looking at the correct file. If you downloaded your world more than once and didn't overwrite it, it has a number behind it like this:
Look at the date of your .zip file and make sure it is the most recent. There is no other way I can think of that your downloaded world could be outdated...
