Hey guys, new here, sorry if I post in the wrong place

I'm the host of a small community modded minecraft. I am not the owner of the community itself however, and said owner has friend access to the server. In the last couple of weeks I repeatedly had to spend hours fixing mistakes, but I never really figure out what caused said problem. I'm hoping to solve this by checking logs, but the problem is that I live in a wholly different timezone, and as such I can't be online every time the server shuts down to snatch the logs and store them. Does anyone know if there are serverside mods that allow this?
