May I ask what the limit for installing plugins is? A post from 5 years ago dictates that it is 15. Does the statement still stand?

Hello. In your server page, there is a Server tab with a rocket ship logo.
Please click on it and it should take you to the status and info about your server. Aternos has a unique joining system at which it takes two ips to join instead of one. Under your designated server address is a connect button with a plug logo. Please click it and you should see the Dyn-IP section with numbers at the end. Copy this address and use it to join your server.
Bewarned that the Dyn-IP is not permanent. Each time you stop and start (but not restart) the server, this Dyn-IP changes, so please be wary everytime you start the server. Hope this helped. -

Ninety percent of my plugins were installed while the server was in operation, and yielded positive results. I do not wish to wait through an elongated queue just for one plugin, so I decide to install them and restart the server. In this particular case, must my server be offline?

To whomever it may concern,
As a server owner who constantly keeps maintenance of many farms in my world, I decided to install KeepChunks, a helpful plugin. I pressed the download button, saw the check mark, restarted my server, and checked /plugins and well...it's not there. There seems to be a problem with downloading this plugin because it doesn't show up in the files tab. Please fix this as soon as possible.

The version of this plugin that Aternos has is somewhat outdated and does not support 1.15.2. I would like to update you on the issue and see if you can fix it as quickly as possible due to some players on our server continuously returning with different aliases and we would like to see their IP in order to ban them. We also want to integrate this plugin into our system because of its convenience to staff members and player management.
