Not sure what happened but everything is working okay now. The world popped back up after I tried booting up the server for the third time. Thank you for your tip and I will keep backups now forward.

Hey,
Earlier this evening my world got deleted. Everything installed and such is no longer there and when I try to start the server it just loads forever and eventually stops. I have nothing in the log and all of the world files are missing. All the mods and such are also gone.
Any ideas for how I can fix this?
