There is no backup for then since I hadn't linked my google drive with Aternos. I've only just allowed Aternos to link with Google Drive.

So my friends and I were playing on our survival server and we were working on a project. We then stopped the server to sleep and the next day when we started the server, all the progress from the previous session is gone. Does anyone know what happened?
