can you please add the Mod "The RC Mod" for minecraft java edition 1.12.2?

The RC Mod is a Minecraft mod which adds remote controlled vehicles to the game and has full 6 degrees of freedom.
I've seen that we already have the mod on the mod section but none is available for java edition 1.12.2.
