I forgot to mention he already tried queueing 2 times, same problem. I'm queueing right now using my server account. If the problem still persist, i will write another thread again. Thanks Joshy for replying.

He said that he pressed the confirm button already. Based on the log above, the server seems failed to load in the middle.

i gave my friend a friend access and when he finished queueing, suddenly the server went offline without any sound notification.
