Your world, (i think), is for the trash, im sorry, this happend when the world starts corrupt, i going explain that for nubs, basically, a error happend, and the world not save a X chunk good, then the chunk its an chunk corrupt, when not save good, the others chunks happend the same problem beacuse the save of world is crazy for the first chunk. you can fix this when starts, delete the first corrupt chunk whit world edit, and fix it whit lucky, but if the time pass, (only ONE HOUR), theworld is broked for all time, you can fix it if you get a save of world, if you want sart again but hwit the same world, say on the chat /seed, and says the seed of the world, (basically what its the world), you put this number of the seed on a new world, more options and on the seed section put the number of the corrupt world, and generates a SAME WORLD, well whitout the things you build you get or whatever you make.

I think you get a error of noob, (i dont say that for bad but...), in the nether, one block on the nether, is 8 on the overworld, beacuse i think dont work, if you put a portal in the same loclaitation spawns the portal of nether, the portal make in the overworld, appears in other localitation, (bad english i hope you understand me).
