The same thing just happened to me aswell. I'm not sure why. It's a full server with loads of builds me and my friends play on and I didn't backup anything.

Recently, me and my friends have been on Aternos' servers where we want/need disguise modpacks. However upon searching for some, through both Plugin and Mods but they were either out of date or refused to work. I've been researching ways to drag files onto Aternos' ones but, I haven't been able to find anything.
