Ping is not related to the mods list but your connection itself, Aternos servers locations are in Europe and if you live far away from Europe you WILL get lag spikes

You cant access server.properties for security reasons,
you can do the following:
1.Go to your worlds tab and select "Generate"
2.Put the world type of choice on "WorldType" section
3.Generate your world -

For the people asking, there is no Aternos app and there is no plans to make one, one member of the Aternos discord found what looks like an Aternos mobile app, there is no Aternos mobile app, if you find it, do not install it, as it might contain a virus of some sort.
