I don't know what to put, but basically I'm trying to make another modded server on aternos, but whenever I try to start the server up, it crashes.

When I check the logs, its saying that a mod named "Sit," needs a language provider

net.minecraftforge.fml.ModLoadingException: Mod File sit-1.16.2-v1.3.jar needs language provider javafml:33 or above to load

Hello! I'm just a teenager trying to play Minecraft with mods in the server with friends. I've been working really hard to get the server working for my friends, who have been impatiently waiting.

After finally getting the mods and dependencies in the server, I've decided to join to see if it actually worked. I started up the server, and joined. But the thing is, when I joined, a message reading, "Failed to login: The authentication servers are currently down for maintenance."

I don't know if its the server or just me. How do I fix this? I don't know what I should be listing, so I'll just list the log and versions.
