I was trying to post a thread about unfair server queue duration, but it was get deleted. Then I tried one more time, but same, deleted again. Why do this happened to me?

Is there anyone knows how to edit pocketmine.yml?
I need to edit that file to change the "Server closed" text when I restart the server.
But if I can't edit that file, can you please help me for alternative(s)?
