Nope it doesnt work. should i just Reinstall my minecraft maybe?

Yes i already updated the server to 1.16, i even tried to create a new server and upload the world file, but when i try to enter it show the same result.

So recently i changed my server version from 1.15.2 to 1.16 and after i change the server version i can't connect to the server. when i tried to connect its said Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: The received string length is longer than maximum allowed (100> 64), my in game username is only 7 character. Pls help what should i do. (Iam using minecraft Launcher)
