Hey Bluewy I looked into that article and tried some of the advice and it didn't do anything. Any other guidance?

Hello! Aternos has been amazing and provided me and friends a great place to play together. We worked super hard on a server and for some reason have not been able to get in for the past few months. Every time we log on the server says "[Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 97597ms or 1951 ticks behind" and then the program freezes and then we get kicked off.
Cant anyone please help
