My friend can join on her laptop but nor from her computer(s). When she joins from her PC she gets: "io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information"

They say firewall isn't blocking java, and that something said "Siteprotect.security.nuestar" appeared and that they don't own it.

When I download my world now, the world is up to date and fine. The problem is that (what i would assume the playerdata folder) my character doesn't have the items I had when I turned off the server and not in the same location when it was on. I turned on the server and both the world and player data is up to date, but when i download it the player data is outdated

I've noticed that there is two player-data files for each person who have been playing on the server recently, but at the end of one of them it says ".dat_old"

I played on two separate save files of the world, one of the deleting the ".dat_old" files, and the other deleting the non -.dat_old files, and i was still loading up with my old items at the same old location

TL:DR Downloading world saves the current chunks, but not current player data
