Hi, i was wondering if the server cant be downloaded, there could be a way that there would be a download button to download the plugins folder, with all the configs?
No, you can't download plugins and they won't add them.

The problem isn't flans itself, instead it's the addons. These go in a completely different folder and are actually compiled sourcecode which means we cant allow users to upload them.

flans mod isn't on curseforge, so we can't add at it.
And if you are suggesting FTP:
I didn't say anything about FTP. I said that when the flans mod was added to the battle, the button packs flans appeared and then you go there and download, I was talking about it.
