[Plugin Request] Citizens 2 (1.15.2)

Hi Aternos Team, can you please add the following plugin?

Plugin name: Citizens 2

Description: Citizens is already on Aternos, but not the 1.15.2 version. NOTE: You have denied this plugin before, because it is paid, but the creator of the plugin gave a link to get the plugin for free (https://ci.citizensnpcs.co/job/Citizens2/) so please do not deny this request without a better reason then it is a paid plugin. The link is the legit plugin by the creator, not cracked, nothing. So please make this a mod so I can have npc's on my 1.15.2 server.
