Yeah but what about the missing items?

Server crashes multiple times before starting and last night i had a problem when i got it going there were missing items from some mods. This is the logs from a recent crash https://mclo.gs/wqSDiKb please someone help

I was looking at the logs now and i came across lots of these errors as well as the item I was missing :

[23:40:30] [Server thread/WARN] [FML]: Potentially Dangerous alternative prefix `minecraft` for name `tconstruct.smeltery_controller`, expected `tconstruct`. This could be a intended override, but in most cases indicates a broken mod.

So if i get this right the server is like this might not belong in the mod i might as well not load it ????

How do i fix this????

The title says it all i am missing items that i have in single player when i log onto the server.
