No, you can not access that file, nor will it be accessable.
So how to adjust my server render distance?we have a problem with very fast transportation(boat on blue ice),it move faster before even the path got rendered.

So i want to fix the render distance problem,i already installed papermc too. but it isnt enough for me i need to adjust the server render distance to max (32). But the only way to change that setting is in server.properties file. Do you have any idea?
