it still doesnt let me join. i did kill @e[type=item] but it still lags like crazy and times me out

yeah the title pretty much sums it up. My friend asked for some wheat and i gave him 696969 wheat, then the server crashed and I cant rejoin. Sometimes it will let me join for like 10 seconds but them it starts lagging and times me out. anyone know the solution to this? this happened last night btw.
