After me and my friends decided to leave MC Eternal Lite and switch to Spacecraft, server lag has increased a lot for each of us. This modpack has significantly less mods than our former modpack, so do Aternos' servers switch regions sometimes? And if so is there a way to fix it?

Hey all,
My server continuously crashes after about 5-10 minutes into the startup process and doesn't give me any error codes or major reasons why it decides to crash when i look into the log. I have about 150ish mods installed and its hard going through each one and determining which ones are causing the crash, so I'd like to know what its main issue is, whether its FML having issues or particular mods.
I've attatched both the log That it has output along with the mods that i have installled. If i could get any help that would be great!
