this is the error i get, this or timed out. Infact at this very moment my friend is playing on the server too.

hey, whenever i try to join my server i always get timed out java.io errors and even when i do manage to join 20 seconds later it always kicks me for the same reasons as before, im using the same version my java is up to date and even two of my friends have no problem joining and being on the server.

Im trying to make a server that has Dragon block C's most recent version on it, and im wondering if i can manually add the mods myself using the mod files.
