i know if you put idle kick time to 999999999 it will automatcilly kick you but what happens if you put idle kick time to 0 or 1

hi so i wanna update my survival server from 1.16.1 from 1.16.3 and i dont know what to update the server (also i know it will only effect the new chuncks i dont really care)

So i accidentally changed my idle kick time and now it will auto kick me if i try to join does anyone know how to fix this?
