Yeah, I installed a plugin for anti spam, but it was a bit strict. Thanks for the help I figured it out. It was an issue with advanced ban, since that's what we were using for banning that's what I thought was the issue then our server crashed and it said that advanced ban had an issue while running so I removed the plugin then this morning I was able to unban the member. Issue: Advanced ban Solved.

Hello, so a member on my server got auto banned by our anti spam and when I went to unban them it said "member is not banned". I tried "pardon" "pardon-ip" "unban" "unban-ip" etc etc. I then was stuid and banned them again then to ban them then unban them, thinking it was a glitch. It did not fix that issue, it still has the same message and no matter what I try it doesn't unban them. I have checked everything and made sure I tried everything. Nothing works. Help, please.

Hey, I found out it was just a memory error. I used less plugins and it worked completely fine. Thank you for the help.

I have found a way to fix this, but it just recently stopped working (the "patch" I made.) What i did was completely wipe the world, delete the end and nether saves then generate a new world and add a new map. Although that did work for a little bit. My friends who were on the server got kicked (so did I) then the server wouldn't let us join back although it was online, resulting in the countdown to run out and the server going offline.
Edit: I don't care about losing data right now, but if I wanted to make progress on the server I wouldn't want to wipe. -

Hello! I set up my server and everything was going well, all my plugins "installed" correctly as well, but when I went to start my server again (because it was offline) it went all the way to "preparing spawn area for ever world" and would stay at 0%, then crash. If I could get this fixed let me know!
