I would like to suggest adding the Mod "Primal Winter"

Primal Winter adds a "harsh cold arctic wasteland" with eternal snowfall, cool things! And not like other regular "Add new snow biome" mods. i think this will works great with Dynamic Surroundings mod, RPG themed mods, and Ruins Themed mods.
