The mod Seed Protect is a server-side mod (doesn't require client to have it) that has a very simple feature: it protects your seeds and farms. Jumping on top of a seed/crop now does absolutely nothing, making so the only way you can destroy a seed/crop is by breaking it, or the block below it. Tilted dirt that doesn't have seeds/crops on it aren't affected, so jumping on them will untilt them. The mod has 43.173 downloads, so it's above the 1.000 downloads requirement.

The mod Palimpsest makes so written books and used maps (not empty) can be erased/cleared by adding Redstone to it on the crafting table. It's very useful when you want to write more things on a book you already finished, giving you the ability to rewrite it instead of having to make a new one and throw the old one away. You can also remove an enchanted book's enchantment, but I never used that feature, as I would rather stock up every enchantment available than throw it away/remove it.

The mod Ocean Floor - Clay Sand and Dirt changes the way terrain generates beneath the ocean. Instead of everything being gravel, now it also has patches of clay, sand and dirt. The mod has a wopping 3.047.886 downloads, so that's 1.000 times the minimum requirement number of downloads (1.000).

The mod Extreme Cobble Generator adds a block that is a simple cobblestone generator. Every 4 FE generate 1 cobblestone block. In my opinion it's a great replacement of the old cobblestone generators, since it's much more efficient and occupies a lot less space. The mod has over 1.000 downloads, 14.105 as I'm writing this.

The Advanced Solar Panels Patcher is a patch mod that makes Advanced Solar Panels work with the newer versions of IndustrialCraft 2 (2.8.191+). The mod itself doesn't have 1.000 downloads, but I think adding it would benefit everyone that would like to use the Advanced Solar Panels mod, since they won't need to play with older versions of IC2.
