Could you add the plugin BungeeNPC because its way better to use and way easier to use then Citizens cause you can use /bnpc create and then you get a gui and you can choose between Bungee commands and more.To edit the npc all you need to do is shift and right click the npc and then you get another Gui where you can add commands and other stuff.I hope you guys can add this plugin cause it will take less time to use.
