My server doesnt even start before it crashes idk there is some watchdog prblm pls help

it shows 1.16 but in log it shows this version of essentials is not compatible with ur server

I found what the problem was see the picture and help me fix it fast please!

I started my server it kept on loading after like 15 mins it started stopping and shoed crashed and when i checked log then it had 0 errors.
If there are 0 errors how can the server crash

Hey Aternos,
Im ishaan and i would request you to add the plugin tab because in my server i want the tablist to be a little decent and there are no tablist plugins for 1.16 so it would help everyone.
