I checked VeinMiner in the Plugins list and saw that it was outdated, only up to 1.15.1 Turns out they changed sites? They're on SpigotMC now and is updated to 1.16. 2 VeinMiner is a plugin made to automate ore mining. Instead of breaking multiple ores, you only need to break one while sneaking to break everything connected. Link: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/veinminer.12038/
