We have created a new map with less mod, I have played all day without problems, but I just did "tp" towards a friend and now it has returned to throw error of "host remote". I had done tp before alone and it didn't take me out. Again I can't go back in, any idea why this happens?

It only takes me off the server, when I manage to play, the server restarts. (always). I did all the internet solutions and his, I have more ram than other players too.
