which plugin the advanced item effect WORKS to on both 1.7.9 and 1.8 the custom armor is works to on 1.7.9 and 1.8
the aternos system works like that u CANT request the plugins again once its added thats how the system works
they added the plugins same with the plugin first released version and the version right now

ohh and look the the version of the CUSTOM ARMORS there are no 1.7.9 that means they are gonna do the same like the plugin version
same with ADVANCED ITEM EFFECT

he means the description for each one of the plugins some of the plugins in there are already added like advanced item effect and CustomArmor is ALREADY ADDED and you can only request the plugin from the official bukkit plugin,and check the plugins first all of it if few of them are already added then request some of the plugins that are not added

and the ess.khhq.net/wiki/Item_Meta is a wiki for essentials plugin, essentials is already added in the plugin tab
and if you want to dont request it in the download link, like in curse. Use it in the official bukkit plugin link
