Well, that problem is not related to Aternos, so they can't fix it. The problem is related to the ISP
Apparently first media is having issues, they will fix it soon.
hi, have you gotten any updates? i really dont know where to check if its been fixed or not other than turning the server on and testing if i can join or not

Thank you for giving clearance of the problem. I'm also from Indonesia, and i've been having the exact same issue. My problem also started exactly one day ago like the OP of this thread. I've tried everything regarding DNS Server change, but nothing works. Now, i have a feeling this problem is widespread thorought Indonesia. Thank you for your service on fixing this issue, we'll wait to play using Aternos again

That error only occur when you have the wrong server IP or network error.

Update: I just tested something out, when i use mobilr hotspot to connect to the internet, it works, im able to connect and i asked my other friend to try joining and he was able to. i think it has to do something with my isp because my gf, who uses the same service is also unable to join. I have no idea what to do now becasue i dont want to just completely waste my mobile data. I have also tried turning on and off my router and nothing has changed, i still get the same message.

Okay so ive been using aternos for a while now and it's not bad for casual minecraft gameplay and everytime i play on my server with my gf we always use dynamic ip which changes everytime i turn on the server and for some reason, today, 30 Sept 2020 my IP doesn't work, both of them, normal and dynamic. When i input the ip into the world it always says "can't resolve host name" and yes i have checked for misspelling and error when typing, i usually just copy paste the ip onto it. Please help me out.
