i live in indonesia and yes i've tried changing my DNS many times but it still didn't work

when i try to enter the server with the normal IP it says to connect to elk.aternos.host:10399 and so i did, but all i got is "Unknown Host"

i can't join my friends modded stoneblock server,i tried everything from changing my DNS and using the Dyn IP but nothing works. The IP is anjaystoneblock.aternos.me a help would be much appreciated
