There are 3 mods that use voice chat in curseforge.com: Gliby's voice Chat, Immersive voice and the Gliby's voice chat reloaded. The problem is that the first one is only for 1.7.10, the second doesn't work and the Gliby's voice chat reloaded I don't know if works, but I think works because of this video:
