Pleasee help , I cant open my server anymore 
"io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception" keeps popping up, I tried using IP and port as well as the DYNS but its not working. It will also close afterwards.. Heres the log: https://mclo.gs/3VIDpwt

Its been two weeks since my friend joined me on my server he kept having problems on entering the server, how do i fix it? I tried deleting two of my mods but i still don't know why its not working

oh i haven't tried the official minecraft yet and about the mods i removed Ice and it still crashed so i removed all the new ones i added before the error but it still kept on crashing. I am new to these stuffs so I dont know much https://mclo.gs/cTJiPCt

oh before the error came in i added gravestone mod ,Ice and Fire, doggy talents, Pam's harvest crops, Xaero's mini-map and just enough items
