Hey there! Recently I made a modded server for me and my friends to play in together. They're all able to get in except for one. I'm not sure if this is an issue on their part but, they have all of the correct files installed and everything yet get stuck on the encrypting screen. Is there any way for us to fix this? (if important: it's on version1.15.2)
