could you please add the Mod API called "Dawn"?

Dawn API is a mod required by an already approved mod called "Common Expansion: Foodstuffs" (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/ce-foodstuffs) and a server with the mod can't launch without the required API.
