And servers live skycade normally got self made plugins. You don't find them on the Internet

Bukkit ist so gebaut, dass auch ältere Versionen von plugins laufen. Das ist bei fast jedem System so, damit Programme nicht erst immer neu geschrieben werden müssen, sondern gleich funktionieren.

Aternos is free. For everyone.

You can't speed it up unless you have a headstart key. You can win keys at aternos events.

If you have too much money, you can buy an server in the Internet. It starts at 2,50€/month

You can't download the server folder, but you can try other things:

1. Download your "world" folder. Use multiverse to replace "world" with an other world and use the aternos site again to download the new "world" folder. Do it for all your worlds

2.(more easier)
Download and install Minecraft World Downloader Mod and download your worlds. Note: only things in loaded chunks are saved, open all inventories (chests, villagers....) you want to be saved and run /seed at least one time.
