Hello I own a Bedrock Edition Minecraft server using Aternos and when I try to install any plugins it doesn’t work. It could install plugins perfectly until 12/11/2020 <————- Australian date that is). I use PocketMine-MP for plugins. When I press the download plugin button, it says that it can download the plugin but when I look in the plugins.data folder, I can’t find the plugin that I just installed. Please help

Have you checked your server ping. Is the ping good or bad? Try installing the ClearLagg plugin on your server to clear the lag. Do an Internet speed test to see how fast your internet speed really is. Move closer to your server. Use Ethernet (a.k.a LAN (Local Area Network) instead of Wi-Fi. Get a better router/modem. Switch to a faster and closer DNS server.

Aternos resources are limited. That means that Aternos cannot have all of the servers on at the same time. However, you can help Aternos by turning off your ad blocker, because Aternos makes money through showing advertisements. The more money they get, the more resources they can afford. I am sure Aternos will have enough resources one day to keep all of the servers online 24/7 though.
