Have you restarted the server after changing the tickspeed back to 3?
cammiechan is the other person involved with managing the server, so yes we have, and it still has the issue

Hello,
After my friend jokingly set randomtickspeed to 999999, the server froze, crashed, and since we've even changed tick speed back from console, the server will time both of us out and refuses to load any chunks.
