I'm new to adding plugins so sorry if I want to add for example the login security plugin to my server I should first download spigot on my server then do I search on aternos login security?

Hi pls someone recently logged in as me and started oping everyone I was angry and banned him from my server and made the security tight I know that he will give up on trying to come again. I even added the whitelist but I still wanna add AUTHME to my server pls can someone give and IN DEPTH STEP like from opening ATERNOS to adding the plugin pls help.thx
